Adhitya is an alumnus of the National Law Institute University, Bhopal (NLIU) and Harvard Law School. He is an Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and is admitted as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales. His litigation practice is focused on direct and indirect taxes, economic laws (including securities regulations, antitrust, insolvency and white-collar crimes), data protection and a wide range of issues arising out of public and constitutional law. Adhitya regularly argues briefs before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, NCLT, NCLAT and the tax tribunals.

Adhitya is a trusted adviser to his clients, who count on his multi-jurisdictional knowledge and experience.
