Avishkar Singhvi is a seasoned legal professional with 14 years of experience in high-stakes litigation and constitutional matters. He is currently serving as the Additional Advocate General for the State of Karnataka and is and has been engaged by several State Governments before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. He has also worked as Additional Standing Counsel for the Government of NCT of Delhi. Avishkar began his career as an intern under noted Senior Advocate Mr. Harish Salve, thereafter he trained under Senior Advocate Mr. Shyam Divan, and subsequently with Aggarwal Law Associates. His international exposure includes internships and legal training with firms such as White & Case, WilmerHale, and Maxwell Winward in London. A graduate in Economics and Business from University College London, he earned his LLB from the University of Warwick and has since built a distinguished career in Indian courts, having several hundred Orders and notable Judgements to his name.

Avishkar practices extensively before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, NCLAT, and other major legal forums, handling a wide range of complex disputes spanning constitutional law, commercial litigation, insolvency, IPR, white-collar crime, direct taxation, arbitration, and environmental law.
