Madhav is a practicing Advocate specialising in corporate-commercial, civil, quasi-criminal and arbitration matters. In the 7 years of his professional experience, he has appeared and also assisted in matters before Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, Chandigarh High Court, District Courts and various specialised forums/authorities, including the NCLT, NCLAT, Consumer courts, the EOW, MSME Council and has led several civil and criminal trials as well as having prosecuted and defended commercial arbitrations, including before the International Chamber of Commerce. He is also empanelled with the Government for representing them in various matters before the High Court of Delhi.
Madhav also has experience of handling corporate commercial transactions like Joint Ventures, Intellectual Property Agreements, Term Sheets, MOUs, Shareholders Agreements, Employment/Consultancy Agreements, Service Agreements, foreign investments, hand holding start-ups and various general corporate and contractual documentation. He has advised clients on diverse matters dealing with a variety of laws including contract law, company law, labour law, consumer law, real estate, property law, family law, matrimonial law, sexual offences, economic offences etc.
Madhav has closely worked with a diverse portfolio of clients both in the small and medium sector as well as MNCs like MGF Developments, the M3M group, AIPL, Sovereign Infra, Dharampal Satyapal Group, The Viridian Group, DLF, ILD Millenium, Involve Asia, Korn Ferry Group, B9 Beverages (Bira), Diageo, The Darbari Lal Foundation, Hazoorilal Jewellers, Ravissant, EdCast, Affinity Salon, Pine Grove School, Eleganz Interiors, to name a few.
He approaches end to end legal solutioning by comprehensively understanding and evaluating business needs and then navigating the legal nuances to develop cost effective strategies. Madhav is a graduate from Hindu College, Delhi University and qualified in law from the Faculty of law, Delhi University. Madhav is a fifth generation lawyer and belongs to a family of lawyers.
