Mrityunjai has a diverse experience in dispute resolution panning almost 9 years before various forums in Delhi on the commercial and civil side. He has represented clients both individuals and corporates before the Supreme Court as well as the Delhi High Court. He also has immense experience in arbitration and mediation having successfully navigated several mediations helping his clients in getting meaningful relief in a time effective manner.
He is an Advocate on Record before the Supreme Court of India. Mrityunjai has a deep experience before the Supreme Court having represented both private clients as well as State Government / Departments. He is presently representing the State of Himachal Pradesh as Panel Counsel before the Supreme Court having previously also represented the State of Telangana. He has been part of the legal team in several key matters before the Supreme Court pertaining to challenges and interpretation of several commercial legislations.
